We are sending this email out because of the concerns of your order and what is happening behind the scenes. If you are receiving our newsletters please reply and let us know. We want to  make sure everyone stays informed. Please go back and watch our July Newsletter Video if you haven’t done so already, because that will explain in more detail what has been happening.  You may already be aware of what is going on. Nevertheless, we are reaching out to explain what the CRE Team has been working with.
When Crayons Ready-to-Eat™ launched the CRE pre-sales on the website, we were told the product and packaging would be made and ready to go out to all crowdfunding supporters and pre-sale customers so we could ship on May 1, 2022. This didn’t happen and we are truly sorry. We know this caused you, our supporters, to lose some trust in us. We don’t blame you for it. We did not foresee that they were going to have so many mistakes from our packaging manufacturer that would result in our product shipment being delayed multiple times. 
We have been working with the packaging company and our full CRE Team multiple times a week, almost daily to have the issues corrected. We have received another pouch design in hand and print layout for approval. We are being directly involved in each step to ensure all of the processes are approved by our team before the next step starts. As we don’t need a repeat of someone thinking there was a typo on the paperwork. 
 Trust us when we say that we are just as upset in this whole situation as all of you. Without you we wouldn’t exist. We are grateful for you as you, our customers, our supporters, have been patiently waiting. We hope that our word still holds value when we say you will be getting your orders and that we will be reopening sales really soon.

WE ARE PAUSING ALL FUTURE ORDERS SO WE CAN FOCUS ON SHIPPING CURRENT ORDERS AS WE HAVE OVER 2000 ORDERS. WE HAVE A LOT TO PREPARE FOR TO INSURE EVERYONE GETS THEIR ORDERS ONCE THE PACKAGING IS COMPLETED.
