We have some new CRE updates!
We are sending you this email with another update on our anticipated shipping date. First, we are so grateful, for each of you as you. As we stated in our last email, we had Quality Control issues. We are greatly appreciative of your patience with us. Creating a unique first of its kind product in mass is not an easy task as we have found out. But we are determined to do everything to make it happen. We have attached a couple images showing you how colorful and vibrant the crayons will look once you receive them. Marines after you look at the images you can wipe the DROOL from your mouths. LOL!
Over the last 4 1/2 years we have had a lot of roadblocks that we have had to get through to get to where we are today. One of the biggest teachings of the Military is ADVERSITY. Over this time, we have had many lessons in how to Improvise, Adapt, & Overcome these roadblocks. We continue to do so with the latest one. Yes, we turned a Joke into a reality, but it is important that we also put out a delicious quality product. That is what we are trying to accomplish with the support of our packaging and manufacturing facilities.
On Friday we got confirmation that the insert that was designed by our Packaging and Manufacturing companies has arrived at our manufacturer. On Monday they sent us a unit to test if this fixed that issue. We are hoping that the mail system does their job, it should arrive on Wednesday June 8th. Once we get the unit and none of the 6 crayons are broken, we can give them the green light and make all 5000 of them needed. They have confirmed that all 5000 inserts can be made and in the hands of our manufacturer on Monday June 13th. From they the Manufacturing company will start filling each pouch, All 5000 of them. At that time, we will have an update as to a timeline that we will start shipping each one of your orders. As stated Our Crowdfunding order will ship first and them all pre-orders will ship there after.
At this time, we are stopping all future orders for CRE's on our website so we can focus on getting all your orders together and those that pre-orders up till now. We insure you that your orders will go out as promised.
If you have an address change, please send us an email letting us know your new address.
Once we have the updated timeline that each pouch will be filled and ready to be shipped you all will be getting an email being the first to know.
